A fee is paid by the mortgage provider and full details of that fee are provided to you in writing before your mortgage is arranged.

Q. Can I get a mortgage if I have a bad credit record? A. On most occasions a mortgage will be available, we will put you in touch with a specialist in this type of mortgage.
